Names cut off on the import field screen
On the import field screen, fields with long names are cut off in the pull-down menus.
Seeing duplicate records when importing retakes
ImageStream updates retakes based on the student’s ID number which is collected before Picture Day. If we don’t have an ID number assigned to the student or staff when re-photographed, we will generate a new one and the retake photograph will not replace the original one. For better results, you can reinstall ImageStream from the Supplemental download.
Note: If you reinstall ImageStream you will lose any extra information you added to the database, i.e. new students. If you require assistance, please contact Lifetouch Technical Support at 1.800.598.2466.
