Creating Certificates

The Lifetouch Portal has several certificate designs that pull in the images and data from the Image & Data Management area of the Portal. They can be configured and then printed either on blank paper stock or on pre-printed stock provided by your Lifetouch Representative.

If your school is used to leveraging the ImageStream certificates, they may prefer to continue to use it. Currently, ImageStream certificates have a wider range of options.

You can access the page for personalizing certificates one of three ways:

• • The CREATE PRODUCTS link at the top of the page. This accessible from any page on the Portal.

  • The Create Products link located under Key Tasks on the Portal home page.

  • The Create Certificate option from the More dropdown menu located on the Image & Data Management page.
