1. Delete last year’s temp files:
a. Don’t worry, everything in the TEMP folder is OK to delete!
b. Browse to the following directory: F:\Apps\Follett\CC40\TEMP\
c. Under Edit, “Select All”
d. Press the Delete key on your keyboard
2. Place Lifetouch CD into Drive and run “Install ImageStream” and select default settings.
3. After the installation a screen will come up with some options. Select “Launch Database from CD,” and “OK” to the Data Source.
4. Click on Select All
5. Click on the Yellow ADD arrow
6. Click on Export Wizard
7. “Administrative Software” (Selected by Default) - Click on Next
8. From the Administrative Software drop down select “Follett Circulation Plus.” From the “Follett Directory” drop down select F:\Apps\Follett\CC40\TEMP\ (IMPORTANT! The files cannot be in a lower directory – Put it all in TEMP)
9. Click Open
10. Click Finish
11. Browse back to F:\Apps\Follett\CC40\TEMP\ and you should see all the student pictures and a file called IDLINK.TXT
Import the photos into Follett
1. Verify the format of F:\Apps\Follett\CC40\TEMP\IDLINK.TXT (Modify if necessary)

Note: The quotation marks are necessary to avoid import errors.
2. Open up Patron Maintenance
3. Click on File => Import Patron Pictures
4. Click on the Browse beside import file. Browse to find F:\Apps\Follett\CC40\TEMP\IDLINK.TXT
5. Click on the Browse beside import folder. Browse to find F:\Apps\Follett\CC40\TEMP\
6. Click on Replace Existing Picture
7. Click on Import
8. Clean up TEMP folder (Follow step one above under “Export the photos from Lifetouch”)
