Personalizing Certificates from Create Products Page
Log in to the Portal and click either the CREATE PRODUCTS link at the top of the Portal page, or under Key Tasks on the Home page.
By default, all categories of certificates will be displayed. You can limit which certificates display, by selecting a category from the Select dropdown menu. If want to see certificates that have pre-printed paper stock available, check the box next to Show only designs with pre-printed paper. Click PERSONALIZE under the certificate you want to personalize.
Fill in the certificate with the information needed.
Date
Click Use today’s date to enter the current date, or manually enter a date you want on the certificate.
Choose from blank paper, or pre-printed certificate stock. If the certificate you chose does not have pre-printed stock, this option will not be displayed.
Print Options
4. Click CONTINUE to select the subjects for the certificate.
5. Select the subjects receiving the certificates.
6. Click CREATE PDF at the bottom of the page to create a file, named document.pdf. The file will download to your computer. You can then print your certificates from the PDF file.
