Creating Products
Perform the following steps to create customized products. When you start to create a product, a Create Products wizard page is displayed that will guide you through the steps from selecting product types to choosing the subjects that will receive the product to finally creating the output file. While in this page, you have the ability to go back to a previous step, change the type of product to use and select different subjects.
Click Create Products from the navigation bar. You can also select Create Products from the Available Actions menu on the Image & Data Management page (after selecting subjects).
Select the product and template from the provided options.
You can filter the product options by clicking on the arrow next to the type of product to display the sub-options. For example, you can choose to only display the certificate options that are horizontal (landscape) layout by clicking Horizontal.
Click Select below the product option name you want to use. The Customize Product page is displayed.
Choose the different customization options for your selected product - these vary by product but may include entering in text, choosing fonts, font colors, borders, uploading artwork. Your modifications will be displayed to the right of the customization options. Click CONTINUE when you are ready to select your subjects.
Choose the subjects whose images and names will appear on your products. Some products are limited to 50 students at a time; others allow you to select the entire school (e.g., Directories and Portrait Labels). Click CONTINUE to review your work.
The Review Records and Product Customization page is displayed. Here you can add or remove subjects and make changes to the product template.
Once you are satisfied, click GENERATE PRODUCT to create a PDF that you can print or share digitally. For Lifetouch Partner in Education (PIE) Certificates, you may also still choose to print on Lifetouch provided PIE preprinted stock. If you have not allowed pop-ups on your browser, you will need to manually push the generated product to a new tab or window.
7. Once you are done creating products, click EXIT to leave the wizard.
