Editing Multiple Subjects
Editing multiple subjects is similar to editing an individual subject. The difference is the ability to quickly and easily navigate between subjects. Perform the following steps within Image & Data Management.
Select the subjects to edit, by clicking the box next to their images.
Click EDIT in the Actions menu.
The EDIT RECORD page is displayed.
When editing multiple subjects, the Select a new record to edit list is displayed along the right side. Using this list, you can quickly navigate between subject records.
After you’ve edited each subject, click SAVE & GO TO NEXT RECORD to edit the next subject.
Click on a subject in the Select a new record to edit list to edit a different subject. Records that have been edited are tagged with the word “Edited”.
Note: Be sure to save your edits before clicking on a different subject record. If you don’t, you will be prompted to save or discard your changes before navigating to the next record.
When you are finished editing all your subject records, click SAVE & CLOSE to save your changes to the Portal and return to Image & Data Management. An orange message will be displayed at the top of the page displaying the number of edited subjects. You can close this message by clicking on the x at the end of the message. Otherwise, the message will close automatically when you switch to a different page.
