Notification When ImageStream is Ready
An email notification is sent to the account's Primary User when a new ImageStream release is ready. If you ordered multiple release levels, the Primary User will receive an email notification for each release level when it's ready. District Primary Users will receive these email notifications for all of their schools. At this time, we do not have the ability to turn off the email notifications.
Along with emails to the Primary Users, the Lifetouch Portal Dashboard will display corresponding alerts when a new release of ImageStream is ready. These alerts will remain in place for about 2 weeks. District Users will see alerts associated to their specific schools.
