Importing Retakes

Lifetouch provides a Supplemental ImageStream download following Retake Day, which includes school’s images from both Picture Day and Retake Day. Below is the recommended process to install the updated information (including retakes and new records).

1.        Open your current ImageStream database installed on your computer. When the ImageStream Welcome window appears insert the ImageStream Supplemental CD into your computer’s CD drive.

2.        For Windows users, the ImageStream User Menu will appear. Click the Exit button to continue the process of installing the       ImageStream Supplemental CD into your current ImageStream database. Windows users may need to close the Auto Play window.

3.        At the ImageStream Welcome window, click the Import Data from CD button.

4.        At the Select an Option window, click Yes to import data from the CD into your current ImageStream database.

5.        At the Import CD Data screen, “Do you want to copy images from the CD to your computer?”

Click the Yes, copy images button, then click Ok.
