Image and Data Management Screen Overview

The Image and Data Management screen is where you go to work with image data. You can:

• • View image details

  • Download images

  • Create certificates

Since schools and districts can have large amounts of images to work with, you can limit the number viewed by using the provided filtering tools. You can filter images by:

• • Program (season)

  • Subject type - student, staff or both

  • Record status - active / inactive

  • Grade

  • Homeroom

  • Classroom

  • Changes made to subject information since a specified date

  • Whether a student ID has an image or is blank

If you are a district user, you have the option to see all locations (default) or choose a specific school. Making changes to the filter settings automatically refreshes the view.
