Goal

Create a professional project brochure that can be shared with visitors during STEM fairs, project showcases, presentations, competitions, and classroom exhibitions.

Your brochure should summarize your project, explain how it works, and provide visitors with quick access to your website and project video

STEP 1: Create Your Project Brochure

You may create your brochure using:

STEP 2: Generate QR Codes

Create and add two QR Codes to your brochure.

STEP 3: Export and Upload Your Brochure

Export your brochure as:

Upload your brochure to your Google Site.

Create a section on your Home Page or Project Page:

Add:

PDF Download Link
Canva Link (if shared publicly)
Google Doc Link (if shared publicly)

Make sure visitors can access your brochure.

STEP 4: Publish and Share

Before submitting:

✅ Verify your website and videos are publicly accessible or shared correctly.
