Goal

Create a professional video presentation that explains your AI project, demonstrates your learning, and showcases your final product. This video will become part of your digital portfolio and can be shared during STEM fairs, showcases, competitions, and classroom presentations.

Your video should focus on the project and the learning process rather than on yourself.

STEP 1: Create Your Video Script

Before recording, create a script for your presentation.

Video Length

2–4 minutes

Suggested Video Title Format

Project Name – Applied AI PBL Project

Example:

• AI Companion Chat Robot – AI PBL Project

• Smart Recycling Assistant – Applied AI PBL Project

• AI Smart Garden – Applied AI Project

Your Script Should Answer These Questions 

1. What is your project called?

2. What problem are you trying to solve?

3. Why did you choose this project?

4. What research did you do?

5. What AI tools or technologies did you use?

6. How does your project work?

7. What challenges did you face?

8. What did you learn?

9. How can this project help people?

10. What would you improve in the future?

STEP 2: Capture Videos and Photos

Your presentation should include:

Required Media

• Project Photos

• Screenshots

• Diagrams

• Screen Recordings

• Code Examples

• Project Demonstrations

• Testing Results

Recording Tips

• Record in a quiet environment.

• Use clear audio.

• Keep your workspace organized.

• Use landscape (horizontal) orientation.

• Avoid showing personal information.

• Focus on the project rather than yourself.

Privacy Reminder

Students should present the project, not themselves.

If you appear in the video, make sure all school media release requirements have been met.

STEP 3: Create and Edit Your Video

You may use any video editing software.

• Adobe Express

• CapCut

• iMovie

• Google Slides + Screen Recording

Video Requirements

• 16:9 widescreen format recommended

• 2–4 minutes in length

• Clear narration

• Professional appearance

• Appropriate transitions and visuals

Background music is optional but should not interfere with narration.

STEP 4: Upload Your Video

Upload your completed video to:

Privacy Setting:

• Unlisted (Recommended)

• Public (Optional)

Google Drive

Sharing Setting:

• Anyone with the link can view

STEP 5: Add Video Information

STEP 6: Embed Your Video on Your Website

Create a section called:

Project Presentation Video

Add:

• Embedded YouTube Video

• Video Link

• Short Project Summary

Your video should be visible directly on your Google Site.

STEP 7: Add an Action Video

In addition to the main presentation, create a short demonstration video.

Action Video Requirements

Length:

• 30 seconds to 1 minute

Purpose:

• Show the project working

Embed this Action Video on your My PBL Project page.
