Creating Project Brochure

Goal

In this task, you will create a Google Site page that explains STEM Education, the STEMSOS Model, and how Project-Based Learning (PBL) helps students develop skills in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Artificial Intelligence.

This page will help visitors understand how STEMSOS and PBL support your AI learning journey.

STEP 1: Create the Page

Sign in to your Google Site.
Open the AI PBL website you created in Task 1.
Click Pages.
Click the + (New Page) button.
Name the page:

What is STEMSOS?

Select the default webpage option.
Place the page at the top level of your website navigation.
Click Done and begin editing.

STEP 2: Explain STEM Education

Create a section titled:

What is STEM Education?

In one or more paragraphs, answer the following questions:

What is STEM Education?
Why is STEM Education important?
How does STEM Education prepare students for future careers?
How does Artificial Intelligence connect to STEM?

Add a Visual

Insert at least one:

STEM diagram
STEM infographic
STEM education image
AI and STEM graphic

Make sure the image is properly sized and visually organized.

STEP 3: Add STEM and AI Resources

Add at least three educational hyperlinks related to STEM, Artificial Intelligence, or Computer Science.

STEP 5: Add Information About the STEMSOS Model

Create a section titled:

What is the STEMSOS Model?

STEMSOS Model

Project-Based Learning (PBL) is an instructional approach where students learn by investigating real-world problems and creating meaningful solutions. Students develop critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills while working on projects that connect classroom learning to real-life situations.

The STEMSOS Model is a student-centered approach that combines STEM education, inquiry, innovation, and Project-Based Learning. STEMSOS encourages students to explore questions, conduct research, design solutions, test ideas, and present their findings. This process helps students develop both academic knowledge and workplace skills needed for future success.

Through STEMSOS projects, students become active learners who take ownership of their learning while applying STEM and Artificial Intelligence concepts to solve authentic problems.

STEP 6: Add the STEMSOS Website and Logo

Insert a STEMSOS logo or image.

Hyperlink the image to:

Make sure the link opens in a new tab.

STEP 7: Add STEMSOS Social Media Links

Add social media icons or buttons and link them to:

STEMSOS Facebook
