Seesaw can be really useful for whole class responses and online discussions based on a teacher (or student prompt) perfect for an easy entrance or exit ticket.
Languages teachers will find using the audio tool for this really useful to see if students have understood, based on their written or spoken responses.
As long as the post your create for the provocation is private, then so will all of the student responses. If you're really pleased with the final collective discussion and you want to share it with parents, you could use the 'Everyone' option.
If you want individual students to share just their own response, they could screenshot it and post it.
Depending on the kind of provocation you may or may not want students to be able to see each others responses as they post them, all in one go at the end, or not at all. This will mean managing student comments in settings, see this post for more help with this.
