It's important that you take some time to teach your students how notifications work in Seesaw, otherwise, despite all the conscientious commenting by teachers, parents and peers that is going on, the students will be oblivious.
If you are going to take the time to leave comments/likes for your students, as well as encouraging students to do this for each other, then it makes sense to make some time for your students to view these and acknowledge them.
Always archive or delete Seesaw activities, otherwise in the student view, they see a persistent notification expecting them to go back and respond, in many cases these Activities can be 6 months old or more....
Teachers don't see these notifications, but the children (and their parents using the OTS* view do!)
