Depending whether you are pushing the content or pushing the technology or somewhere on the continuum there is a danger that the elearner will get crushed in the middle. The complexity of the process makes it difficult for one person to handle covering all the skills. However the technology is getting better and with some careful planning a low input elearning experience is possible.
