This section provides a complete overview of OMNI's key processes. This is divided into parts:

• Pre-Tender: The Pre-Tender process encompasses:
  • Managing Enquiries (or RFIs) from Prospective Customers.
  • Creating Tenders by loading Profit Margins on Estimated Costs.
  • Converting Tenders into Contracts - whose execution can then be managed in OMNI.
• Post-Tender: The Post-Tender process manages the planning, execution and monitoring of Projects.
