Machine Consummables i.e. Spares, Fuel etc, are tracked through material issue in the SCM module.
Browse to SCM > Material Issue
Click on Issue Material Button at the bottom of the screen
Choose Machine Consummables in the Issue Type drop-down and type the name of the Job where the material is being issued from i.e. the Job which has the Stock for the consummable that is being issued to the machine.
Pick the Machine that you are issuing the material to and click on Save.
The Stocked Items section shows the items that are in stock at the Job that you have picked - if the the Item that you would like to issue isn't displayed you may have to search for it. If its still not shown here this means that the item is not in stock at this Job and you may have to either transfer it from another Job which has stock or procure it.
After you have added the Item click on Request Approval and an Approval request is generated for this Issue Note.
Once approved the appropriate accounting entries are made, the stock of the issue material is reduced and the Issue Log for the machine is updated.
