Roles

JobNext restricts access to specific Processes and Functionality, using the Security Roles. A user is assigned one or more Roles. Depending on the Roles Users have access to the functionality permitted to that Role.

Users maybe assigned Roles through the User Management Process under Setup.

Roles and Pages that are assigned to Roles can be viewed through Setup > Roles.
