In certain cases BOQ items maybe sub-divided into multiple stages i.e. completion of the BOQ involves working on multiple stages each stage is allocated a certain percentage and the sum of the percentages of all the stages is 100 %.
When work is done - work is done based on the quantity of the BOQ but the billing is based on stage.
