6. Quick Order

A Quick Order (QO) is a Purchase Order that is created outside of the Material Procurement process.

• A QO does not require a MR or RFQ and maybe created without the need for a budget.
• A QO goes through an approval process similar to a PO or WO.
• Closing a QO generates a Running Bill in the Vendor Payables Module.
