In order to Machine at a Job it must first be allocated to it. Once allocated the Machine can be used or issued to an Employee/Subcontractor.

If the Machine is not allocated to the Job and is available at another Job it maybe requisitioned from that Job and transferred to the Job that needs it.

The steps to follow for Issuing the Machine and recording Machine Usage (Log Sheet) are:

Machine Transfer

The steps to follow for transferring a Machine from on Job to another are:

1. Create a Machine Transfer Requisition from the Job that the Machine is Required at.
2. Approve the Requisition.
3. Find the Machines that match the demand in the requisition. The Jobs where these machines are currently allocated are the Source Jobs.
4. For each machine in the Requisition a Movement Order is created. This Movement Order needs to be Approved.
5. Once the movement order has been approved, the machine can be released and dispatched from the Source Job.
6. The Movement Order needs to be received at the Destination Job. Once received the Machines are allocated and available for use or Issue.

The process is:
