Execution refers to the following processes:
- Acquire the Resources necessary for the Job. The quantity and nature of the resources must have been previously planned.
- Thus Material is acquired by issuing Purchase Orders to a Supplier, Subcontractor resources are acquired by issuing Work Orders to a Subcontractor etc.
- Consume the Resources - for instance Material needs to be issued from Stock into Project Consumption.
- Compensate for the Resources - Pay the Supplier for Material delivered, the Subcontractor for Work Done etc.
- Bill the Customer for the Work Done.
The modules used for the above processes include: SCM, Projects, Machines, HR & Payroll and Finance.
