5. Monthly Billing

Certain Jobs may contain BOQs that are repeated every month. In these Jobs the Quantity of the BOQ is on a per-month basis and is the same across the period that the BOQ is to be executed.

1. Set the Job as a Monthly Job

Browse to Edit Job - from the Job Dashboard

In the Edit Job Screen - towards the bottom of the screen - check the Monthly Checkbox and enter the start and end dates.

2. The BOQ Screen - shows the start and end dates of the Job and that all Quantities and Prices are per month.

3. If there are multiple Scopes in this Job their start and end dates may (optionally) be changed to the start and end dates of the Job from the Scopes Screen.

4. Automated Monthly Measurement

In order to create measurements for all BOQs for the period between the start and end dates of each BOQ, browse to the BOQ Measurements Screen and click on:

Automated Measurements are created ONLY for BOQs that are in the CONTRACTED state and are not Stage BOQs
