The Staff Management function in OMNI supports the following:
- Staff Directory - Record all key information about existing Staff.
- Leave Management - Allot Employee Leave Entitlement and manage leave requests and leave balances.
- Company Phones - Manage Phone Connections and assign them to Employees.
- Attendance - Record attendance and hours for specific jobs.
- Payroll - Create Payroll Structure and pay Staff monthly based on the structure created.
