Configure

To configure OMNI access the Setup Menu:

Each of the Menu Options support the following functionality:

• Users: Manage Users in OMNI.
• Measurement Shapes: Master for defining the Shapes used in BOQ Measurement and Subcontractor Measurement.
• Business Units: Manage, Add and Edit Business Units in OMNI.
• Units: Units of Measure used throughout OMNI
• Approvals: The Approvals option allows users to manage the Workflow in OMNI.
  • New Workflow rules for Documents maybe defined - This should be rarely used.
  • Existing Workflow rules maybe changed - Again this should be done only at the time of implementation or if there is a change in the business scenario.
• Company: Master of Companies defined in OMNI. To be used only in the case of a multi-company installation.
• Financial Period: Defines the financial periods used on OMNI.
• System Configuration Keys: Various configuration options used throughout OMNI.
