To configure JobNext access the Setup Menu:
Each of the Menu Options support the following functionality:
Users: Manage Users in JobNext.
Masters: Masters for defining various fields used across all Modules eg. Business Units, Units of Measure, Financial periods etc.
Approvals: The Approvals option allows users to manage the Workflow in OMNI.
New Workflow rules for Documents maybe defined - This should be rarely used.
Existing Workflow rules maybe changed - Again this should be done only at the time of implementation or if there is a change in the business scenario.
Roles: The Roles that define access to the system and allow (or disallow) users to access functionality in the system.
System Configuration Keys: Various configuration options used throughout JobNext, changing specific configuration options controls the behaviours of business rules in the application.
Alert Log: Alerts sent to users throughout the system.
