Metro took medical today at Keller building didn't add law call so Kaycie had to create our own and merge the f and l. M Medical doesn't auto create l calls. Also received 911 blind transfer, shouldn't.

Jess sent email to Heather at Provo. Seems willing to work with us. Need to update policy agreement between agencies with chief signatures.

Spillman is working on lag in ac call screen. Meeting notes said they'd paint it differently with things in different order.

Steve Strong said our addresses in Spillman are updated but they're not. Must cc Chief to even get an answer.

Just turn on and off TV monitor don't have to reset system to fix blurriness. Still waiting on media services for batteries and UDOT monitor.

UVU learn course due by Feb.

Schedule - Ampelia's class will be livestreamed so don't need changes. Switching crews. My part timer policies. Our newbies are really picking up shifts.

How to direct dial Metro instead of phone tree. 

Ampelia training requests are mostly Lenell and camera systems. Doing active shooter training. Do buttons on wall work? Lenel can't lock all doors. 

How to use the fire tower PA. Push button all call then open up, then enable recorded messages, then select message. Let run at least a few times. Disable buttons in reverse order.

Panic button from president office flashing light in dispatch doesn't work.
