Grounds - Snow Removal

 If the employee highlighted in blue doesn’t answer after a couple tries, call the Director of Grounds John Hansen (801)-318-4023

Process Review:

1. The ‘on call’ employee (in blue above) for their respective months should be called by campus police as soon as snow begins to stick to the ground. As soon as snow begins to stick, do not hesitate to call anytime of night.

2. The on-call team will then arrive to campus and determine next course of action.

Just to make you aware, the entire Grounds team will be told a start time the day before. This time is usually at 4am or 5am depending on the forecast.

“When in doubt, call them out.”  We would rather be here too early than too late.
