Agenda

Spillman

• New AC screen lag. Unknown if will fix.

• Spillman locations are now going through Steve, unknown when will get in. Polaris will be DX building. Warehouse will be zoned to us. 

UCJIS

• Jess still doing validations in Mike's office and use of force reports monthly.

• New type code UCJIS AE or EX need to go to Christine

Department

• Justin out of office. If looping, give him a call not text. During the day text is OK but graves wants call. Node list needs to be updated.

• New officer Anthony Ross has started. Maybe another New one. Kirk Joyner was let go.

• When dispatching, tell the officers don't ask. Per Sgt. Beveridge. Go here, not can you go here.

• Kacey all trained up! Rayne is done! Robin is hired, paperwork is done but doesn't start til Dec 1. Wants to do holidays.

• Tell part timers they can take any of our shifts. Schedule is so full and wonderfull.

• Verify our fax number???? Never came through.

• Ampelia to take over monthly trainings. 

• Got the audit back. Out of compliance. Must work with Adam in IT to fix.

Equipment

• Anytime Motorola comes and updates phones, restart both consoles otherwise you can't call out.

• 9-1-1 for metro default goes to tree, right click and details goes direct.

• Camera monitor #2 still pixelated.  May just replace with new monitor.

• New UDOT camera on workstation #2. Box with green lights is toggle to see them. Not up and running yet. 

• In the works getting a second fire tower.

• Any ideas for organization/storage?

Medical

• Medical. Must be UV medical. Provo is not used to this so is changing our calls. Always send an officer and assign them. 

• Event emts struggles. Non contactable. Always confirm they have a radio and get their cell phone for backup.
