• Add contact - click "Compose" new message at the top left, then enter their phone number in the "To" field, then click the Add Contact button.  Enter first name, last name, and phone number.

• Edit contact - in Contacts, find the person you've added and click on their name to view them. At the top right, click on the 3 dots to Edit. Under Contact ID, add their UVID number.

• Add to segments - click on Segment you want, then Add Contacts, and add either by mobile number or Contact ID (UVID #)
