Open Chrome or any other web browser and go to 192.168.11.1 or 192.168.10.1 (some routers are different for some reason)

Wifi names are Unit101_wifi through Unit105_wifi

Axon body cam docks (x3)  

Log in by connecting laptop to LAN port via Ethernet cable  

Go to 192.168.10.1 to access dock network settings 

All computers plugged into the ethernet inside the police station do not need any VPN to access Spillman. 

For now, laptops on wifi, patrol cars, and the substation must be on County VPN to access Spillman:

Jon Barclay currently has a ticket to get the new VPN set up for UVU in preparation for the County VPN going away (as of 3/3/25). 

Installation  

Install Adobe Acrobat DC for traffic reports 

Install Spillman using the installer

Username:  uv + first initial + first 5 of last name  

Edit server

Download installer at http://vssmgmt.ad.uvu.edu/installation  

Run downloaded file to install 

Signing in 

For individual use 

Set authentication method to local user 

For Dispatch or TV in the officers room
