Stamina is a stat that indicates the amount of energy a character has remaining. This is a substitute for MP, as it also applies to Techniques and Magic. When running low on this stat, it is highly recommended to start to use the "Defend" command. While also reducing damage taken, it also restores a bit of Stamina. Alternatively, Chocolate Bars are an item that restores a good amount of stamina.
