Backstory
As Phoebe was raised in the burling hot climate of the desert, her body and mind have adapted to intense heat. Her focus became nearly unparalleled, she doesn't even need to see her foe to strike them down. In order to protect her vision, she wears a pyramid shaped helmet on her head to cover her eyes from the intense sun and can strike foes down simply by feeling their movement in the wind. This got her the nickname "Eagle Eye Lady" among some citizens of the Sandlion Oasis.

While a stern grandmother, she also has a very active and energetic personality at the same time. She does not let her age catch up to her, she punches it away and simply runs. She is very tough and wishes to raise people similarly to how she was raised, to not know the meaning of fear and simply strike everything head-on.
