Backstory

Eclipse is a deity figure who looms over St. Randed Isle and is resummoned every few hundred years in its contained form. 15 years prior to the events of the game begun, it was once bested by the legendary Starfall, Estrella, in one single swoop using her signature spell. But just this spell alone was not enough to fully stop this menace's attack, but has sealed it away for the next 15 years. While Estrella was regarded as a messiah for rescuing the village of this vile fiend, it has begun to regather strength for the day it may rise once more and get revenge on Estrella once again. As it is aware Estrella herself is not strong enough to take them on fully, it must hope the odds are in its favor and Estrella comes alone once again so the vicious cycle may repeat once more.

Physical appearance

While Eclipse's main form is unknown, he is a dark sphere with bright white rays shining around him. This is known as his contained form, which he is recalled in every few hundred years. When in combat, only then is their true form revealed. 

Personality

Eclipse is a being of full darkness with vicious intentions and strong vengeance.
