Charlotte is a highly flirtatious lady. She is almost always seen with Timothy, her lovely ghostly husaband, both seem to not care about the people surrounding them and always paying attention to only eachother unless provoked, and bragging about themselves being a couple. A lot of people dislike them both for that, but they are idolized for not caring what others think of them.
