Intro
This project investigates the use of inductive teaching in the language classroom. Inductive teaching is a pedagogical method that utilizes examples and allows students to discover the structures of language through these examples. I propose that the use of inductive techniques allow for students to engage with content meaningfully, understand forms, and discover how these forms are used in certain contexts, rather than simply being told them explicitly. I hypothesize that students will gain more confidence in their abilities in understanding structures and forms of language through utilizing this method of teaching.
