THE INNER WORLD OF THE LATIN AMERICAN BOOM 

Intro

This project focuses on the creation of a short podcast whose main goal is to offer a different approach to the story of the Latin American Boom from the 1960’s. The idea is to develop a maximum of five episodes, around five minutes maximum each one, summarizing the biography and works of the four most representative figures of this literary movement: Gabriel García Márquez, Mario Vargas Llosa, Carlos Fuentes and Julio Cortázar. The idea is to make these series of episodes more deeply connected to the inner life of the Boom instead of what has been portrayed on the media. The podcasts will serve as an educational tool to introduce students to this fundamental literary movement.
