Oír a Darío a IG filter poetry game to learn about Spanish & palindromes

Intro

In this first prototype we explore the pedagogical capabilities of instagram filters. Inspired by the works of digital artists such as Yucef Merih and Eduardo Kac, we programed a poetic-game / instagram-filter where you must catch the palindromes written by Darío Lancini (an experimental poet from Venezuela.) Every time you don´t catch a palindrome, you lose a life and when you miss three, the game stops. This is a first prototype but different games can be created using IG filters to help second language students can practice specific topics such as verbs, vocabulary, and rhetorical forms.
