Intro

Spanish Music Playlist and the accompanying workbook is a tool to help you consolidate grammar lessons and build vocabulary as you enjoy this immersive experience in some of the best popular music from Argentina, Uruguay, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Spain and Colombia, from some artist you may already know and some you will discover here. The songs presented here were chosen for three reasons. First, they represent diverse genres of popular music in Spanish, such as rock, pop, rap. Second, they have lyrics that can be used to build vocabulary and consolidate grammar. Finally, they are all songs I love, with catchy rhythms, beautiful melodies, and meaningful lyrics. This tool is meant to be an extra credit activity to strengthen the skills you learn in class, and an opportunity to be exposed to the language beyond the classroom. I hope you will learn and enjoy. I am working on a teacher's answer key with all the answers to the questions to facilitate grading.
