The Virgo Cluster consists of around 1500 galaxies and is the nearest galaxy cluster to Earth. The Virgo Cluster can be further divided into three sub-clumps that centered on M87, M86, and M49. Within the entire cluster, the supergiant elliptical galaxy M87 is the largest galaxy and also one of the brightest sources of radio waves in the universe.
