Constellations

Audio Guide:

Ancient astronomers divided the sky into sections to make it easier to track the movements of heavenly objects. But they also created stories for different grouping of stars as well—the most common of these are the constellation myths of the ancient Greeks. It wasn’t until 1930 that the International Astronomical Union divided the sky into an official set of constellation boundaries, 88 of them in total.

Use the touch screen to view the name and fixed star for each of the 88 constellations. And you can play a constellation puzzle game as well.
