Oceanwaves Crash on My Feelings

Hello there my stranger with those blue eyes
and curly hair. How is the life in cold Pa?
Just a bit nippy for my bare feet down here.
I just started wearing cloes toed shoes and socks
the day before yesterday. It's unbelieveable
how the weather has been so nice just up until now....
Ocean waves crash on my feelings ;
watching seagulls fly up above-
tumbling down to the surface of the dunes.
Watch as I fall into the tide
and rustle with the waves.
Hear my voice crying
slowly fading away
with the wind of lonliness.
Ocean waves crash on my feelings -
watching seagulls overhead;
they circle aimlessly as the
waves wash away the dunes.
Watch as I fall into the tide
and rustle with the waves.
Hear my voice crying -
slowly fading away with the sounds of
whisping noises of the wind.
How it is sailing now -
it's singing it's own tune.
The life of night and whispers say
currents changing soon.
High Tide- more powerful
not even like before.
I'm completely different now
along the seashore.
The ocean is the only way
our people can survive.
My destiny's sure to pick me up
and take me for a ride.
Like waves currents capturing me -
taking me to the sky
where I can prove my
self confidence
and just try to survive.
The sun's rays are
beating on my chest
with air flowing through my hair.
The beats of noise crashing on the rocks
where the reef meets with solitude -
flowing further and further east into nowhere.
That couldn't be me, but it is!
Dashing down the jetty
gazing at that
blue paradise of life and death.
It's okay for me to be me.
I'll swim and think a while.
As I glance and stare,
I walk away - until another day.
Part of Oceanwaves crash on my feelings and renamed (Life After Heartbreak)
By: Wendy Stephany from St0rmyw1nd
Ed Phoenix co wrote this lyric with me.
When lightnin,
streaks across the sky,
I wonder why-
my life is like a raging tide.
Watch as I fall into the tide
and rustle with the waves.
Hear my crying voice
slowly start to fade.
You are with me now;
the voice in the sea sounds.
Listen for the ocean waves
as they crash down on my feelings;
watching seaguls overtake
a gray sky can be so revealing.
Sinking in the rolling gray;
am I coming out today?
Is there life after heartbreak?
I almost drowned that day.
Sorrow pushed me
under the waves.
I scraped the floor
with my face
on the bloody seashore,
I saw the waste.
It couldn't be me,
I could barely scream in
my mouth -a rotten taste.
Then I walked away
after heartbreak.
How the wind is sailing now
howling it's own tune.
Life of night and whispers
saying currents changing soon.
Hightide more powerful
not even like before.
I'm completely different now
along the bloody shore.
Watch as I fall into the tide
and rustle with the waves.
Hear my crying voice
slowly start to fade.
You are with me now, the voice in the sea sounds.
Pre chorus
Like dark mararders
with white crowns;
neptunes daughter crashing
down upon the rocks and
my immortal soul;
changing me forever more.
I almost drowned that day.
Sorrow pushed me under the waves
It scraped the floor with my face.
On the bloody shore, I saw the waste
Bridge:
Not peaceful like what my mind had made
There was no trangquel fading away.
I found my strenth as the fight for life raged.
There is truly life after heart break?
Listen for the oceanwaves
as they crash down on my feelings.
Watching seaguls
overtake a dark sky
can be so revealing.
Sinking in the rolling gray,
Am I coming out today?
Is there Life After Heartbreak?
