Salt and Pepper to taste (or Season Salt and pepper)
Juice of 1 Lime (Maybe lemon would do?) Brown
Beef and Onion and drain well.
Add all other ingredients except Cooked Rice.
Put a mound of hot Cooked Rice on each plate.
Spoon beef mixture on top - serve with room
temperature bottled salsa (mild) and Non-Fat
