This is what i am thinking
to myself.....As I sit in
a detox center.And now where
can I be?I feel as though
things are so different now
that I have come to a
realization. See, touch,
taste, feel the vibrations
of different things. So that
is what it takes to become
someone. Every morning I wake
up and see people wondering
around. This is what I am
thinking to myself...
Where did I come from?
What will I be? Many things
will change and I have to
differentiate with things
I do not like and haven't
for a long time. I will
have to become 'someone'
by doing things to try to
change. What can I do to
make myself a better person?
I have to wake up in the
morning, go to the gathering
in the conference room and
have a good day. Everyday
should be spent in the effort
of being happy and well spent.
Motivation and strife for what
is right is important through
the day. I have to keep on
Keepin on and stop telling
myself that it sucks being here -
because if I leave , their goes
money well spent if it did any
help -. How can I start? I am a
person who feels kind of upset -
about what? I guess grudges
and society I guess you could
call it. There has been a lot
of turmoil and craziness in my
life in the last few years
that has kind of left me scars.
Things that I have done in the
past to myself, to my family,
and even strangers that have
been left uncalled for. I
have to say it has been quite
an experience but I put myself in
many of theses situations. I've
been harming myself because the
thoughts I have from these
mistakes linger in my mind and
I get depressed a lot because
I know that I can't shut the door
on nor open it back up. If I can
manage to get myself back into a
medium balanced area in my recovery,
I can feel more secure in my actions.
I know I'm not crazy - I am a
normal person who has problems
just like anybody else. Some people
may have worse problems than me,
but I want to be able to say "NO" to
anything that isn't right and just say
yes to what is good and can grow with
many roads that could lead me to a
just and serene life.
