3 Square, Frozen Packages of
Chopped Frozen Spinach
2 Cups of Shredded Mozzarella
Cheese
1 Large Jar of Prego Mushroom Flavored Sauce
1 Package of Large Pasta Shells
Parmesan Cheese
Cook the shells according to package instructions.
Drain and rinse with cold water until cooled.
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan put the
3 pkgs of chopped spinach in and heat it up
till it is hot and thawed out. Take something
you can use to press out the water from the
spinach and add 2 cups of shredded mozzarella
cheese and mix well. Get a large spoon and
stuff the shells that are already made ahead of
time. Open the jar of Prego and pour the whole
jar on top. Sprinkle w/ grated parmesan cheese
and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees
Fahrenheit for 1 hour. Let cool for 5 minutes
before serving.
Serves 4-6
