3 Quarts Popcorn
3 Cups Unsalted Mixed Nuts
1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
½ Cup Karo-Lite or dark syrup
½ Cup Margarine
½ Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Vanilla
½ Tsp Baking Soda
Place corn in 250 degree oven while
making glaze. In 2 qt sauce pan, stir sugar,
corn syrup, margarine and salt. Stir constantly.
Bring to a boil over medium heat. Without
stirring, boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat,
stir in vanilla and baking soda, pour over
popcorn mixture stirring to coat. Bake in
250 degree oven, stirring occasionally for
1 hour. Cool, break apart. Store in tightly
covered container. Darned Good yet sinful!
