Internal Links:

1. In the rich text editor highlight the piece of text you wish to link  

2. In the rich text editor select the icon above

3. Highlight the item you wish to link to from the content tree in the next window

4. Click "Insert"

External Links:

1. In the rich text editor highlight the piece of text you wish to link

2. Select the icon shown below   

3. In the hyperlink manager paste the URL you want to link out to in the URL field

4. In the target field from the drop down select new window (this will ensure the link opens in a new tab when clicked on by a user)

5. Click ok

Removing a Link:

1. In the rich text editor highlight the linked text

2. Select the icon shown below 

3. Click accept on the rich text editor to save the updates

4. Save and publish
