The Newsletter Tout Container is located in the Global Modules folder: /sitecore/content/Ti/Global/ContentData/Newsletter Tout Container
The container contains the global newsletter form which can be edited if necessary
The following fields which can be edited are:
Title
Subtitle
Button Text
Terms and conditions
Background image
Newsletter icon
Page updated
