Embedded Files
The Content Editor Ribbon contains 12 different tabs. Below are the most commonly used:
HOME
This tab allows you to change the display name of pages if you want to localise the page name i.e., change article to articoli
Do not rename a page as this will rename the page for all markets

REVIEW
This tab allows you to check in to a page when you want to edit the contents. You must check in to all pages before making any changes. For users with limited roles, they must lock and edit the page before they are able to access and edit the content
PUBLISH
This tab allows you change the restrictions of a page/item, publish the page/item, access the experience editor and preview the page before setting it to live. For more information on publishing, see here
VERSIONS
This tab allows you to remove versions of pages/items
PRESENTATION
This tab allows you to view the presentation details of a page, you must be on the parent item of the page to access the details
VIEW
Raw values should always be unticked
LIONBRIDGE TRANSLATION
This tab allows admins to send pages/items off for translation. More information on this process can be found here
