The Weather Tabber Container is located in the Global Module folder: /sitecore/content/Ti/Global/ContentData/Weather Tabber Container
The container contains the different tabbers which are used across the Experience Brand pages slides
The following fields within a location which can be edited are:
Title
Subtitle
Text overlay
Background image
Location name
Video ID
Video image
Tab title
If you need to add a new location, right-click on Weather Tabber Container > Insert > Weather Tabber
Save and publish to the relevant market flag
Similarly, if you need to add a new tabber to a specific location, right-click on the location > Insert > Weather Slide
Fill out all of the relevant fields
Save and publish to the relevant market flag
