2. This will bring up an anchor tag pop up. You should then give your anchor tag a name, using a hyphen instead of a space. Once you have done, press ok and save the rich text component

This will add it to the HTML so you wont see anything in the rich text view, if you wish to edit or delete the anchor tag go to 'Edit HTML'

3. Go to your anchor tag collection and add an anchor tag item. The tag ID is whatever you entered within the rich text component above, the title is what you want to display in the anchor tag component

4. Repeat these steps as necessary for any further anchor tags you need added
